From turnover to underrepresented stakeholders, nonprofits are realizing the impact on their missions if they do not have a diverse workforce. Sixty-nine percent of the 2019 Nonprofit Diversity Practices Survey respondents reveal that their organizations lack a diversity strategy and 48% lack a diversity statement. These findings and others from the survey drive home the fact that nonprofits continue to struggle with establishing practices that align their nonprofit’s workforce with the communities it represents.

Tune in to this webinar to find out how North America nonprofits currently fare in terms of diversity practices and explore the survey findings with Nonprofit HR’s Aariann Vaughn. Gain valuable benchmarking data such as:

  • Diversity practices by nonprofit mission types and sizes
  • Most common diversity practices and metrics
  • Top diversity challenges reported
  • Unexpected findings

Plus, a unique opportunity to discuss HR practices that lead to a culture that embraces diversity.
