Aariann Vaughn is a results-oriented and data-driven HR leader with over 15 years’ experience in consulting, employee relations, performance management, staff and leadership development and employee life cycle. Aariann is recognized for mission alignment, knowledge of HR laws and practices, transparent communication and increasing organizational engagement.
Aariann has designed, developed and implemented curriculum, programs and processes including people management strategies, diversity and inclusion planning, employee learning systems, hiring and onboarding and policy integration. Her background includes work with Fortune 500 corporations, Ivy League institutions and numerous nonprofits and faith-based organizations. She has also managed HR transitions, OFCCP and compliance audits and reductions in force.
Aariann holds a Bachelor of Philosophy from Miami (OH) University and a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law.
