In mid-March 2020, Nonprofit HR conducted a Coronavirus Readiness Pulse Survey for the social impact sector. Its findings highlighted the agility of the sector’s organizational leadership and business preparedness practices. Over two-thirds of the respondents of our March survey indicated readiness to go virtual and the ability to accommodate an all-virtual workforce in the midst of sweeping stay-at-home orders. The impacts of the pandemic seem to change by the minute and the need for critical information is changing just as rapidly. Therefore, Nonprofit HR launched a follow up survey and during this event will discuss new insights, information shared by sector leaders.
Join Nonprofit HR for a Virtual Roundtable discussion to review and discuss results from our new Coronavirus Readiness Pulse Survey. Attendees will hear survey results, then breakout to groups for a conversation on the following topic areas to be led by Nonprofit HR’s CEO and Senior Human Resources business Partners!
Space is limited for this event. Limit one attendee per organization.
