With five generations present in today’s workforce, embracing an open feedback culture is critical to ensuring staff are motivated, engaged and growing, and that organizational policies and practices are reflective of staff needs. Though many organizations have incorporated open feedback as a staple in their EDIJ efforts, 65% of employees say they want more feedback and only 28% believe they receive meaningful feedback weekly.
