Take the 2022 Social Impact Talent Retention Practices Survey
Did you know that in 2021, 80% of respondent organizations said they did not have a formal retention strategy in place? For organizations to continue growing and thriving, a talent retention strategy is critical for them to strengthen their mission and impact. Over the last few years, we have seen the sector increase its focus on talent retention. Though there continues to be limited data available on nonprofit talent management practices, Nonprofit HR remains committed to helping close this gap. In this annual survey, Nonprofit HR is seeking input from leaders of social impact organizations about their retention practices for 2022. This retention-specific survey of local, regional and national nonprofits is being conducted to help organizations benchmark, better evaluate and understand how to align talent retention practices that help drive organizational priorities and goals for greater mission impact.
