Adam Primi provides strategic human resources thought partnership and operational support to Nonprofit HR’s clients, helping them to achieve their people-oriented goals and objectives. As a Consultant, Adam is a trusted business partner, providing expertise and guidance across the entire employee lifecycle strategically, operationally and administratively. He leverages 17 years of human resources management experience along with proven best practices to deliver innovative and creative HR solutions to the firm’s clients.
Adam has progressive management and leadership experience in the membership association, non-profit, manufacturing, and staffing sectors, delivering short- and long-term solutions to complex organizational problems. Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Adam was the Director of Human Resources for a large non-profit membership association of oncology nurses. He has a wide range of experience managing the full spectrum of human resources services delivery including compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, recruitment and retention, policy and process design, performance management, risk management and compliance, and workplace safety.
Adam is SHRM-SCP certified and holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is an experienced SHRM certification instructor, ICAgile certified facilitator in AgileHR and Leadership and presented at conferences about the application of human-centered design to human resources management. Adam loves film photography and history, and can be found in his off time pursuing these interests, staying active outdoors and spending time with his kids and family.
