Andrew is a passionate, insightful and skilled human resources professional who collaborates with clients and delivers sound human resources counsel and support. Andrew provides relevant, strategic, creative and innovative human resources solutions by connecting with clients and learning their organizational culture and vision. This allows Andrew to coach and guide clients in areas such as workforce planning, employee relations, process improvement, talent management, culture and engagement, and other functions that have a lasting impact in the organization and its employees.
In the past 16 years, he has supported the United States Army, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in aligning workforce strategies with goals, Affirmative Action Plan administration and compliance, reduction in force, workplace investigations, Federal, State, and local employment law compliance, training and development, performance management and several other critical areas. Most recently, Andrew had the privilege and opportunity to advise, coach and facilitate the restructure of four site locations and four professional service departments for a large nonprofit organization in the National Capital Area. This resulted in reshaping the workforce and positioning the organization for efficiency, succession and growth.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts from American Public University in Intelligence Studies, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. He also completed a series of Leadership Training courses during his time in in the military and he encourages leaders to be fair, firm and consistent.
