Angelique Lucas is a Senior Consultant on the firm’s Strategy & Advisory practice. Angelique is a former Vice President of Human Resources for a global nonprofit as well as a global HR manager at Accenture. She has worked in the public, private and social sectors for over 17 years and brings a breadth of knowledge across all areas of human resources.
Angelique specializes in building and designing HR strategy as well as global mobility and international HR. She has also been an HR department of one and has a deep knowledge into all the various components of providing daily HR operations to a wide range of clients.
In addition to certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Angelique also holds multiple certifications in various coaching methods and a Leadership Development Succession Strategist certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
In addition to her focus on the human resources profession, she is a seasoned yoga instructor and health and wellness coach.
