
Ashley Riggs supports the firm’s consulting, client data management and workforce planning needs. She serves as the first point of contact for client data and information and provides metric-driven insight on client and firm needs.
In previous roles, Ashley has provided over 10 years of human resources leadership to a variety of nonprofit and public organizations, specializing in compensation, performance management, leadership training and coaching, organizational development, recruiting and employee relations.
She earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science from Kansas State University, where she also obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree specializing in Nonprofit Human Resources Management. Ashley is a certified People Analytics in HR (PAHR) through the Human Capital Institute and a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Outside of work, Ashley can often be found hiking and exploring new places.
