Ashley Riggs is the Portfolio Manager supporting the firm’s consulting, client data management and workforce planning needs. She serves as the first point of contact for client data and information and provides metric-driven insight on client needs.
In previous roles, Ashley has provided over 10 years of human resources leadership to a variety of nonprofit and public organizations, specializing in compensation, performance management, leadership training and coaching, organizational development, recruiting and employee relations.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Kansas State University, where she also obtained a Master of Public Administration specializing in Nonprofit Human Resources Management. Ashley is a certified Coach for Engagement and Performance (CEP) through the Human Capital Institute and a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Outside of work, Ashley can often be found hiking and exploring new places.
