Throughout Betsy’s HR career, she has partnered closely with C-suite executives, front-line managers and HR colleagues to build and support solid hiring and HR practices across the entire employee experience. She has a successful track record within technology start-up, global manufacturing, healthcare and Fortune 500 environments.
Within the past ten years, she has juggled diverse HR projects as both a Recruiter and HR Business Partner (HRBP). She flexes her business approach around the individual work style of the business leader she is partnering with. Her approach as an HRBP is collaborative and begins with creating trusted relationships and understanding her client so that exceptional HR services can be delivered. Betsy has delivered both tactical and strategic solutions. Overall, it’s her passion to collaborate with her peers and leaders as they equip their people to fully participate in the growth of organizations.
Betsy has her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and senior HR certifications from HRCI and SHRM. Outside of work, you might find her on an off-road trail with her husband in their Jeep or on a hike with her pups.
