Christine Kim is an Associate Consultant for the firm’s Outsourcing practice area. She provides full lifecycle HR support to multiple clients in the day-to-day application of specified HR processes, policies, procedures and documentation.
Before joining Nonprofit HR, she learned how to lead as an HR professional in nonprofit, corporate and start-up environments. She is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace with a strong background in conflict resolution, problem-solving, client relationship management and business process improvement.
Christine graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (go heels!) with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She grew up in Long Island, NY but now calls the DMV home. She enjoys playing volleyball both recreationally and competitively, and loves spending time with her Siberian Husky that she adopted at the start of the pandemic.
