Cindee Edrosa is a Consultant for the firm’s Outsourcing division. As a consultant she leads in the development, execution and monitoring of human resource goals, objectives and systems on behalf of clients. Cindee provides strategic HR thought partnership and operational support to ensure proactive and high-quality service, leveraging proven best practices to clients seeking relevant, strategic, creative and innovative HR solutions that align with their organization and business needs.
She provides expertise and guidance across the HR lifecycle including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits programs and administration, HR policy and procedure, risk management and compliance, HR technology, systems and processes, employee relations, culture and engagement, talent management, training and development, and offboarding.
Cindee is a results-driven professional that brings over 10 years of HR experience supporting a variety of nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Prior to consulting, Cindee served in HR leadership within the healthcare industry for nonprofit organizations dedicated to seniors and individuals with cognitive disabilities in the Greater Los Angeles area. She has led and supported complex projects that streamlined and optimized systems and processes, has transformed the employee experience by leading and supporting employee engagement and recognition programs, and has served as a strategic and hands-on partner through benefits renewal. She holds professional certifications from International Association of Professionals (IAP) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Cindee is also a member of SHRM, PIHRA and ThinkHR. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and deep sea fishing.
