Grace works to create and execute the vision of nonprofit leaders in the development of their talent management programs, policies and initiatives. Her detail-oriented style drives her to anticipate any issues that may arise and provide thoughtful and practical solutions backed with data and research. Additionally, Grace has experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement and relations, data analysis and performance management.
In addition to a wide breadth of HR experience, Grace is a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked as a tax consultant at KPMG, as well as in financial accounting client services. Her financial background brings a unique perspective to her HR work, bridging two vital areas in organizations that often work hand in hand.
Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland. As mentioned above, she is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland and is also certified as an Associate Professional in Human Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
Outside of work, Grace is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys running, hiking and camping with her partner and their dog, as well as cooking and baking for her family and friends.
