Jennifer joins Nonprofit HR as a consultant on the Outsourcing team responsible for engaging with her clients to support them in all aspects of the HR lifecycle.  As an HR professional, Jennifer excels in the area of employee relations and has experience in both the oil&gas sector as well as social services. She prides herself as a committed leader who fosters a passion for strategic change and improvement.

Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Jennifer served as the HR Manager at a social services agency that supported individuals with developmental disabilities.   During her time there, Jennifer created, implemented, and facilitated a safety culture that led to a 62% decrease in workers compensation costs for the organization.  Jennifer also continued to develop her project management skills through the creation of a DEI initiative, facilitating the annual all-staff meeting, and creating a development program to retain high potential employees for future succession.

With a bachelors’ degrees in Communication and History from the University of Lynchburg (formerly Lynchburg College) and her Professional of Human Resources (PHR) Certification, Jennifer holds the belief that improving one’s work environment and culture is critical to the overall success of an organization.  Born and raised in Houston, TX, Jennifer now resides in southern Oregon where she enjoys bird watching, family trips to the lake, and game nights with friends.
