Jessica Ashburn serves as a Team Leader and Senior Consultant in the HR Outsourcing practice area. With over 15 years of human resources experience, she is a natural leader of teams focusing on implementing streamlined processes, strategic initiatives and change management.
Jessica has experience standing up an organization’s HR team in all areas, including benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, recruiting, training and applying business analysis of systems, processes and workforce planning. Her years of experience in higher education and education nonprofits demonstrate her passion for education.
Jessica holds a master’s degree in Higher Education, Finance and Administration, and a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, both from Florida State University (Go Seminoles!). She is a certified Senior HR professional through SHRM, a True Colors Facilitator and holds a Leadership Architect Certification through Korn Ferry.
