Jessica Ashburn, MS, SHRM-SCP, serves as a Team Leader & Senior Consultant within the firm’s Outsourcing practice. With over 15 years of human resources experience, she is a natural leader of teams focusing on implementing streamlined processes, strategic initiatives and change management.
Jessica has experience leading an organization’s HR team in all areas, including benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, recruiting, training and applying business analysis of systems, processes and workforce planning. Her years of experience in higher education and education nonprofits demonstrate her passion for education.
Jessica holds a master’s degree in Higher Education, Finance and Administration, and a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, both from Florida State University (Go Seminoles!). She is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a True Colors Facilitator and holds a Leadership Architect Certification through Korn Ferry.
