Joan Reutter is a Senior Compensation Consultant and is passionate about helping businesses maximize the return on their compensation initiatives. She is regularly involved in conducting competitive market analysis for both executives and staff, and maintains connections with key resources to ensure she remains on the cutting edge of market trends in compensation.
Joan’s background includes consulting positions in major HR consulting firms and management level positions in Mobil Corporation and Inova Health System. She has over 20 years of compensation management experience with expertise in compensation plan design, development and implementation with an emphasis in employee pay, executive compensation, incentives and rewards and pay-for-performance programs.
She graduated from Adelphi University with a degree in Mathematics. Joan was an Associate in the Society of Actuaries and served on the Total Rewards and Compensation and Benefits Special Expertise Panel for the Society for Human Resource Management.
