Lauren McKnight is an Associate HR Consultant. Her passion lies in creating positive employee experiences that allow nonprofit organizations to focus on achieving a greater impact in their sector.
Lauren has worked in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She has experience in onboarding, benefit administration, policy development and employee engagement. Lauren loves to help organizations find ways to maximize their operational efficiency through streamlining processes and finding creative solutions.
Lauren received her BBA in Business Management from Texas A&M University and is a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). In her free time, Lauren is passionate about giving back to her community, cooking new recipes and visiting National Parks with her husband and dog.
