Lori has a passion for service excellence and professional development and brings more than 20 years of progressive HR consulting and practitioner leadership experience. She has served small, medium and large-size companies in varying industries across private and public sectors. Before Nonprofit HR, Lori worked for an international franchise company as their Director of People and Culture, building an HR department from the ground up and partnering with corporate business leaders to create more focused and strategic people initiatives. Lori has a proven track record of building relational business partnerships for delivering value-added HR services and solutions. She is also an experienced facilitator, HR compliance and leadership development trainer (in-person and virtually), public speaker (SHRM chapters and businesses) and writer (business website and training content, HR articles, workplace communications).
