Get to know Lori!
Lori Kipnis is Managing Director for the firm’s Strategy & Advisory Practice area. In her role, she partners with clients to lead projects related to HR effectiveness assessments, performance management, and talent management.
Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Lori served as National Director of Human Capital for a nonprofit organization that partners with public school districts to improve student achievement within the nation’s highest-need schools. Lori brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience within nonprofit, for-profit, and public sectors.
She graduated from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in Management, International Business and Organization, and Human Resource Management. Lori attained both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification. Also, she has completed the Executive Education Program Managing Human Capital: Key Strategic Challenges at Harvard Business School. Lori is a graduate of GAIN (Growing Associates in Naples, Florida), a leadership program with the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce.
