Maggie Jewett brings over six years of experience providing Training & Development, Benefits Administration and full HR life-cycle support to both for- and not-for-profit clients. She has served as the point of contact for organizations with 20 to over 200 employees and has particular experience with labor relations, compliance, managing remote workforces and implementing and optimizing HR informational systems.
Prior to moving to the private sector she taught world languages, combining her passion for linguistics and developmental psychology with the desire to impact future generations. She now applies a global lens experience, viewing people and systems holistically and thinking innovatively to increasing efficiency and efficacy in the nonprofit sector.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wheaton College (MA) and a master’s degree in Italian Literature from the University of Virginia. She is fluent in Italian and conversational in Spanish. She has been an active and credentialed member of SHRM since 2017.
In her free time, Maggie volunteers at special events for the Humane Rescue Alliance and is the proud guardian to a Boston terrier rescue named Isadora.
