Michael has experience in a wide variety of HR functions including full life cycle recruiting, onboarding, training, employee engagement, benefits programs, diversity & inclusion, and employee assessment. He was most recently the Manager, HR Special Projects for Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region. In this role he handled full life-cycle recruiting, designed and facilitated supervisor training, coordinated employee relations projects, spearheaded the performance review process, and developed and administered the employee benefits survey.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from Dickinson College, as well as a Human Resources Leadership Post-Baccalaureate Certificate. He is expecting to receive an Masters in Human Resources Development from Villanova in 2021. Michael is currently in Philadelphia, but planning to relocate to the DC area.
