Michelle Ramos, SHRM-CP, provides strategic and tactical human resource support as a Consultant within Nonprofit HR’s Outsourcing practice. She has a passion for the nonprofit sector and mission-based work. Michelle has a specialty in systems building and technology. In her role, she has rolled out comprehensive ATS systems for a dozen organizations and utilized other technologies to revitalize equitable full-cycle recruiting systems and structures. Michelle has designed and led onboarding and offboarding workflows that emphasize a healthy employee lifecycle and organizational culture. She has created organizational systems around policies and procedures, and created compliant, employee-friendly handbooks. She is well-versed at employee benefits and vendor relationship management. Michelle has enjoyed supporting diverse employee needs in more than 20 states.

In previous organizations, Michelle has spearheaded learning and development programs that increased employee engagement, designed and implemented new onboarding procedures, supported employee recognition programs, assisted in talent acquisition and tackled many other facets of HR administration.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Humanities with Honors from San Jose State University and is a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Michelle enjoys traveling, gardening and trying new recipes with friends and family.
