Michelle Ramos is an Associate Consultant with a passion for employee experience and the nonprofit sector. In her role, she has rolled out comprehensive ATS systems for half a dozen organizations, implemented custom electronic references and utilized other technologies to revitalize full-cycle recruiting systems and structures. Michelle has led multiple on-boarding and off-boarding processes that emphasize the employee experience. Michelle also has a specialty in technology implementation and systems building. She has created organizational systems around policies and procedures, and created compliant handbooks that are employee friendly. Michelle has enjoyed supporting diverse employee needs in more than 20 states and five countries.
In previous organizations, Michelle has spearheaded learning and development programs that increased employee engagement by 240%, designed and implemented new on-boarding procedures, created employee recognition programs, assisted in talent acquisition and tackled many other facets of HR administration domestically and internationally.
Michelle is a community leader and serves on an international board as the President of the Rotaract Club of Washington, DC. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Humanities with Honors from San Jose State University and is a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Michelle enjoys learning about personal finance, any activity involving nature and cooking for friends and family.
