Myra serves as the Managing Director for Impact Search Advisors (ISA) by Nonprofit HR and brings over 18 years of experience in executive and professional search and leadership development. She is responsible for the strategy and guidance to the firm’s Search Practice including building and leading a team of executive- and professional-level search and research consultants responsible for engaging in client-facing work nationally.
Myra is a passionate, results-driven talent strategy and leadership development executive with a proven record of accomplishment in planning and leading cutting-edge talent and retention programs and teams in support of business goals and objectives. With transparent communication and intentional collaboration, her approach to talent management is centered around a commitment to embedding diversity, equity and inclusion into organizational policies, practices and culture. She is an effectual leader with the keen ability to build consensus around strategic goals while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, agility and excellence.
Myra brings her extensive work developing, implementing and adopting talent management strategies with boards of directors and executive teams of nonprofits, social enterprise, federal agencies, NGOs and foundations to each search engagement, e.g. AIGA, NAfME, AWHONN, USAID, Share Our Strength (No Kid Hungry), The Epilepsy Foundation, NeighborWorks America, The NAACP, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, The National Council for Negro Women and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Myra is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt by Villanova University and a Certified Search Consultant by the American Staffing Association.
