Raelyn Monteiro provides operational and administrative human resources support to retained and project-based clients. She acts as an essential part of the service delivery team that interacts with client POCs and employees handling day-to-day EDIJ activities, programs and projects.
Raelyn is a versatile leader committed to inclusive and collaborative strategies with 8+ years of experience working in various corporate, nonprofit and entrepreneurial spaces. She has experience providing DEI consulting, training and facilitation to various businesses, nonprofits, healthcare organizations and school districts, working with upwards of 3,000 employees. She also has experience managing technical, administrative and supportive projects. She has researched, developed and facilitated over 20 different programs around topics that include social justice, empowerment, leadership, LGBTQ+ allyship, implicit bias, identity, microaggressions, mindfulness and more.
Raelyn has certifications in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, Project Management Essentials, Nonprofit Essentials, Equity & Inclusion Lens, and Leadership for Racial Equity in Schools and Beyond. Raelyn resides in Massachusetts. She loves spending time with her loved ones and is a huge Marvel fan!
