Rebecca Foy brings over nine years of HR experience supporting a variety of organizations from large international companies to small tech startups. She has demonstrated success in implementing change management programs, employee engagement, benefits, payroll, compensation analysis, employee relations, compliance, and employee training and development. Rebecca is passionate about helping people and building positive culture.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Columbia College and is currently working on her Human Resources Certification. She is an active member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
