Sandra Hinman

Sandra provides strategic human resources though partnership and operational support as the primary point of contact or member of a larger team to the firm’s retained and project-based HR consulting.  She works closely with the Team Leader and colleagues to deliver proactive and high-quality human resources support in a client service environment leveraging proven best practices to organizations seeking relevant, strategic, creative and innovative HR solutions that align with their organization and business needs.

Sandra is proficient in all areas of Human Capital Management and Organizational Development, including delivering HR systems, analytics/metrics, performance management, recruitment management, benefit management, employee relations, training management and compliance. Sandra also has led the Human Resource Department as Human Resource Director for four firms. As the Human Resource Director she managed all aspects of Human Resource Department and responsible for the organization development of a highly skilled workforce to enable business growth aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Sandra is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 20 years of experience. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society of Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and has her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management. She is passionate about environmental causes and animal welfare and loves to travel. She has lived in Australia and was born in Ethiopia.
