Sarah Tran, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an Associate Consultant within the firm’s Outsourcing practice. She is dedicated to helping organizations make a positive and meaningful impact on the employee experience.
Sarah brings over 12 years of human resource experience in the federal contracting industry and nonprofit organizations. She has especially demonstrated excellence in the benefits management of self-funded and fully insured health plans, retirement savings plans and wellness programs.
Sarah is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Maryland.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys traveling, camping, skydiving and building Bandai robots. She resides in Maryland with her fiancé and their pup, Wego.
