Shaunna McElveen is an Associate HR Business Partner with Nonprofit HR. Shaunna works on various projects including employee engagement efforts such as managing a wellness challenge and administering benefits for a wellness program.
Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Shaunna worked as an HR Administrator and focused on the many facets of Human Resources; such as performance management, benefits administration, employee engagement, employee relations, human resource information systems, talent acquisition and learning & development. This role helped her determine the areas in which she would like to continue to be an expert in, which includes benefits administration, specifically health and wellness, and learning and development.
Shaunna graduated from Penn State university with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
