Simone McNish partners with clients on EDIJ initiatives with a focus on communication and inclusive marketing. She is a certified diversity practitioner with a passion for inclusive content and thoughtful facilitation.
Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, she worked as an independent DEI consultant with a concentration in communication, inclusive marketing and anti-racism. Prior to that, she was a client service manager in the tech industry for six years.
Simone has facilitated over 100 trainings on topics like DEI foundations, inclusive content, anti-racism and allyship. She has worked with entrepreneurs, nutritionists, nonprofits, wedding pros and media agencies. She is a proud graduate of the University of Washington (go Dawgs!). A fun fact about her is she is a big reality TV lover–it’s her favorite way to unwind.
