Tamika Hood joined Nonprofit HR’s Outsourcing team and brought with her several years of HR experience and eight years of customer service and retail management experience.
Before joining Nonprofit HR, Tamika served in internal HR roles with the Center for Community Change and the Education Trust. She brings a passion for talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee engagement, employee relations and staff training. Tamika started her HR career in a technical recruiter role.
Tamika earned her Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a SHRM Certified Professional.
