Tracye, a resourceful and results-oriented human resources professional, is experienced in designing and implementing strategic Human Resources policies. Her passion is in implementing creative initiatives that align with organizational goals. Her approach to HR is unique, and focuses on building the profession and function as approachable, resourceful, strategic and mission-focused to guarantee operational efficiency.
With over a decade of experience in HR leadership, Tracye specializes in training, employee relations, legal and regulatory compliance, management coaching and benefits. She is the former HR Leader of a Fortune 500 company as well as a leading educational nonprofit.
She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds a Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation. Tracye earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Albany State University in Business and a Master of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Georgia. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate Degree in Human Resources and is a Certified Diversity Trainer and a Certified Greenbelt in Lean Six Sigma Processes.
