Terry Perenich to Lead Nonprofit HR’s Service Delivery Function
Accomplished Business Operations Leader to Increase Service Capacity to Nonprofits
WASHINGTON, D.C., December 1, 2020 —Nonprofit HR has announced the appointment of Terry Perenich as the firm’s Vice President, Client Services. Perenich, an established business executive, will work with the firm’s talent management consultants to streamline people management solutions for nonprofits nationwide. Greater streamlining of HR services, coupled with an increased concentration on best practices, will allow nonprofits to more effectively attract, engage and retain the high-performing talent needed to sustain some of the nation’s most critical missions. Perenich’s timely appointment advances the growing need among sector leaders for solutions that address evolving talent, culture and community service-delivery needs. Perenich, formerly with Deloitte LLP, Kforce Global Solutions, Inc., and Avanade (a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft), has a proven track record of assessing an organization’s existing talent, then creating and implementing strategies to improve employee performance and gain competitive edge.

Perenich’s appointment is part of a larger organizational restructuring effort called “Agility” which will increase the firm’s capacity to support social impact organizations during this time of uncertainty. Nonprofit HR’s Business Development practice, originally led by the firm’s Vice President and Managing Partner, Patty Hampton, is now being led by Sidney Abrams. Hampton will shift focus to work with social enterprise leaders who are also facing increased talent management challenges. Nonprofit HR has also streamlined its other client services including Strategy and Advisory; Search; Outsourcing; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI); and Total Rewards, as the firm moves to expand both its service delivery and geographic reach to new markets.
