The much anticipated 2015 Nonprofit Employment Practices Report uncovers new data about nonprofits’ rebound from the recession and explores what it means means for the nonprofit workforce. We are bringing together nonprofit sector HR practitioners in the DC area to discuss key findings related to top staffing challenges and the forecast for nonprofit employment in 2015.
Nonprofit HR’s President and CEO, Lisa Brown Morton, SPHR, will facilitate a conversation about both the promising and the most concerning findings. While much growth is anticipated in the nonprofit workforce, we are seeing precious little emphasis on developing a strategy to guide recruitment and retention efforts. This forum will be an opportunity to share and learn tried and true methods for developing and utilizing strategy to maximize the potential of talent at your organization.
We will also discuss what the national findings mean for your own organization’s practices and how you can stay ahead of the curve when competing for talent as the market shifts to favor job seekers.
