On-Site HR Outsourcing

Nonprofit HR’s On-site HR Outsourcing practice gives your organization all the benefits of an in-house HR team, but with less expense and more expertise. You’ll be assigned one or more of Nonprofit HR’s dedicated HR Business Partners who will spend as few as two and as many as five days each week at your organization managing all aspects of your human resources function, from talent acquisition and onboarding to workforce planning and employee relations.

Your HR Business Partner can serve as your Chief Human Resources Officer, HR Generalist or fulfill the responsibilities of an entire HR department.  You’ll also have access to Nonprofit HR’s full network of practice leaders and experts, from benefits and compliance experts to staffing specialists, who, together with your assigned HR Business Partner, will help your nonprofit improve its performance and achieve better outcomes for the missions you serve. On-site outsourcing is available to nonprofits located in the Washington, D.C. and Chicago metro areas.

Virtual HR Outsourcing

Nonprofit HR’s Virtual HR Outsourcing practice provides small nonprofits with access to critical human resources support. You’ll work with a team of experienced HR professionals ready to help you put effective policies in place so you can focus on executing your mission.

Each HR Business Partner maintains current knowledge of federal and state workplace regulations and best practices, and they have the expertise required to help you maintain an engaged and productive staff. Packages are available for as few as ten hours per month and can be tailored to any budget.

Virtual outsourcing is available to nonprofits located anywhere in the U.S.
