She brings over 20 years of compensation management experience with expertise in compensation plan design, development and implementation with an emphasis in employee pay, executive compensation, incentives/rewards and pay-for-performance programs. Joan is passionate about helping businesses maximize the return on their compensation initiatives. She is regularly involved in conducting competitive market analysis for both executives and staff. Joan maintains connections with key resources to ensure she remains on the cutting edge of market trends in compensation. Her background includes consulting positions in major HR consulting firms and management level positions in Mobil Corporation and Inova Health System. She graduated from Adelphi University with a degree in Mathematics. Joan was an Associate in the Society of Actuaries and served on the Total Rewards/Compensation and Benefits Special Expertise Panel for SHRM.
