Talent Acquisition:
Contingent Talent Services

Could temporary and contract talent help
your nonprofit advance its mission?

The utilization of contingent talent is growing in both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. In 2015, the U.S. Government Accountability Office estimated that at least one-third of the U.S. workforce is made up of contingent workers. The growth of this subset is in response to a variety of factors such as rising labor and benefits costs, a need for flexibility in budget and staffing and the rising importance of specialized skillsets.

If your nonprofit is like many others and is making a shift away from hiring exclusively “traditional” full-time talent, Nonprofit HR can help. Our Talent Acquisition team has access to a deep network of contingent nonprofit talent and can pair your organization with the temporary, temp-to-hire and contract talent you need to advance your mission.

Nonprofit HR works with both nonprofits and mission-driven organizations that are committed to making an impact on the social sector.

Nonprofit HR has been a valued, stellar partner in growing our staff. We have hired three out of three staff that Nonprofit HR has placed with NBOA on a temporary basis, and NonprofitHR has supported NBOA to grow from 11 to 14 FTEs.
