What attracted you to Nonprofit HR?
I enjoy working with and supporting other people in making a difference in the world. At Nonprofit HR, I can contribute to many different causes and nonprofits with a great team.
What’s your favorite aspect of talent management?
I love fostering teamwork and cooperation across the organization. It is important to me to get to know my team, understand who we are as people and as parts of the organization in order to attain our best, making the team even stronger and more efficient. Working here and making our team the best we can be influences how well we are able to provide similar services to important causes and nonprofits, helping them reach their objectives.
What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now and why?
I am working on automating processes within operations to streamline our tasks and leave us more time to focus on our clients and our team.

Which two people would you like to have brunch with and why?
Two of my friends back in Australia. I lived there for six years and made some lifelong friends that I haven’t been able to see in person for years now.
What is a fun fact about you?
I grew up in India but spent so much of my youth in English speaking schools, I consider it my mother language! Last time I went home and had to speak Tamil, I felt so rusty.
