Here's how our direct hire process works:

Interview & Assessments

Our TA consultants will conduct an in-depth interview with a variety of candidates. This provides us with information to understand their career objectives.

Making a Match

Your TA consultant will make matches between candidates and our clients based on your in-depth interviews. We will also actively market candidate resumés to organizations they are a match for.

The Interview

Once we've found a matching opportunity, we'll present it to the candidate immediately. If they are interested, we will schedule an interview. We give our clients a select shortlist of candidates so they can focus on quality over quantity in the interview process.

The Job Offer

Your TA consultant handle all benefit and salary negotiations on your behalf. This gives both the jobseeker and the hiring organization an advantage.
