Alison Dough, CEBS, is a Senior HR Business Partner specializing in employee benefits. She has more than 15 years experience in employee benefits with a background in consulting, compliance, and new business development. Alison is well-versed in implementation of employee benefit plans and programs.
Alison is particularly skilled at developing strategies to help clients solve challenging benefits issues, whether in plan design, cost containment or claims administration. Also, she has a propensity for identifying and mitigating risk.
Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Alison worked in benefits consulting for a national trade association and as an HR leader for a technology firm. She holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
