Brandy Nance provides strategic human resources thought partnership and operational support to Nonprofit HR clients. Brandy has 12 years of HR experience supporting government clients, such as the U.S. Missile Defense Agency, NASA, National Guard, U.S. Army, U.S.Air Force and more. She has managed human resources for both large and small organizations. She has broad HR experience in recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, policy and procedures, employment law, employee relations, workers compensation, annual HR required reporting, training and development, compensation, benefits administration, company audits and more.
Brandy has served as the assigned HR representative for many company audits, including the Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), ISO-9001-2015, Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).
Over the years, Brandy has worked very closely with executive leadership of client organizations to support and execute their vision of the organization. Her experience has allowed her to develop an appreciation for acting as an advocate for both the employee and employer, with an understanding of the importance of gaining and retaining trust as their partner in HR.
In her free time, Brandy loves to read, hike, and watch horror and Marvel movies.
