Brandy Nance provides strategic human resources thought partnership and operational support to Nonprofit HR clients.
Brandy has 12 years of direct HR experience acting as the HR representative with organizations in support of government customers such as: Missile Defense, NASA, Space, Aviation, National Guard, Army, Air Force and more. She has managed and overseen all human resource functional areas for both large and small organizations. Her experience is in the following areas: recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, policy & procedures, employment law, employee relations, workers compensation, annual HR required reporting, training & development, compensation, benefits administration, company audits and more.
She has worked to both create, fully automate and streamline company processes & procedures for many organizations. Brandy has served as the assigned HR representative for several company audits: Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), ISO-9001-2015, Defence Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and more).
Over the years, Brandy has worked very closely with executive leadership to support and execute their vision of the organization as HR Manager. Her experience has allowed her to develop an appreciation for acting as an advocate for both the employee and employer, with an understanding of the importance of gaining and retaining their trust as the company’s HR Manager. In her free time, Brandy loves to read, hike, and watch horror and marvel movies.
