Diana Lonseth, SHRM-CP

Diana Lonseth, SHRM-CP, serves as an Associate Consultant within the firm’s Outsourcing practice, where she provides operational and administrative HR support to her clients. She is passionate about creating positive employee relations so that each client can reach their full potential.

Before joining the firm, Diana worked at both for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations. She worked most recently as a Benefits Specialist at an agency specializing in substance use disorders. Before that, Diana worked as an HR Coordinator with a focus on the entire onboarding process and an emphasis on creating a positive experience for all candidates. She is experienced in a variety of HR areas including onboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement and compliance.

Diana holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a SHRM-CP designation. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family—most of all, her two dogs, Doug and Lucy.
