Ghalila Pietros brings over 15 years of experience in the areas of HR, process improvement, data and financial analysis, system integration and project management to Nonprofit HR. Prior to joining the firm, Ghalila worked as an HR Partner in the nonprofit sector, where she was responsible for assisting leaders with employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment, regulatory compliance and onboarding. She has worked with PriceWaterHouse and Accenture to help federal clients with system integration projects. Her past experience also includes working with the State of Wisconsin as their Statewide Transition Team Lead Manager on various projects to ensure that the implementation of statewide initiatives met federal requirements and was completed in a systematic and timely fashion.
Ghalila is passionate about leading projects to help organizations become more efficient and ensure that their people are adapting to change seamlessly. In her role as Director of Client Operations, she provides operational and project management support to ensure delivery of quality and timely solutions to Nonprofit HR’s clients. She works collaboratively across business units to ensure coordination of project tasks and deliverables, as well as identifies and recommends process improvements and tools for increased team effectiveness.
Ghalila holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts Studies from Virginia Tech and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Banking from Texas A&M International. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, traveling and spending time with her family.
