Julie Billy, EMBA, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, is a Consultant within the firm’s Outsourcing practice area. She provides operational and administrative human resources support to Nonprofit HR’s clients. Her goal is to offer the full spectrum of HR support and assistance for the success of her clients.
Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Julie was the HR leader at a liberal arts university. She has experience in talent management, onboarding, policy, handbook creation and HRIS implementation. She previously worked in the financial sector in both the compliance and training and development departments at the regional and branch levels. Julie has a passion for the data behind HR transactions and wants to help organizations maximize their HR team and systems to ensure employee and operational efficiency.
Julie received her Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Stetson University (Go Hatters!) and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) degree from Florida International University (Go Panthers!). She is also a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). In her free time, she loves playing in local soccer clubs, running, taking care of her two cats and binging on fiction novels full of action.
