Kate delivers high-quality human resources support to clients by leveraging proven best practices and seeking relevant, strategic, creative and innovative HR solutions that align with the organization and business needs.

Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Kate spent several years as a Human Resources Business Partner for a PEO Company, where she provided hands-on HR support and consultation to small businesses across Colorado. She has also served in HR roles with two Fortune 500 Companies and has over 7 years of multi-industry HR experience. Kate is specialized in employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, learning & development, compliance and risk management, and benefits administration.

Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Kansas State University. She also holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification through HRCI and is an active member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) organization.
