As a Senior Consultant, Miki brings over 15 years of global human resources, DEI and organizational development experience to Nonprofit HR.

Miki supports nonprofit and social enterprise clients and leaders with operationalizing diversity, equity, inclusion and employee well-being through institutionalized and systemic change in employment policies, practices and culture.

Miki has been recognized throughout her career for helping to build equitable, collaborative and inclusive work environments. In 2017, she was featured in the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Magazine’s “Top 30 Under 30 HR Professionals,” for leading nonprofit and social enterprise organizations through and to better people leadership practices.

She is also the Founder and CEO of Miki Clayton Talent, a Comcast Rise Award-winning coaching and professional development services agency that specializes in helping Black and BIPOC professionals design and navigate successful careers.

Miki holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) from Howard University, and a Master of Science in Administration (M.S.A) in Organizational Development from Trinity Washington University.
