Mishka Parkins’ passion for marketing is complemented by over eight years of experience developing content, targeted messaging, and graphics for organizations. As the Member Engagement Manager for United Philanthropy Forum, she led and amplified various member education and network engagement efforts.
Prior, she worked for the International Economic Development Council managing research, training, and technical assistance projects. She has authored and designed publications on a wide range of economic development, small business, and entrepreneurship topics. Also, she has instructed training sessions for organizational leaders in the United States and Canada. Mishka was also a Market Analyst and Editor for the CoStar Group, Inc.
She holds MA degrees from Washington Adventist University and George Washington University. Mishka earned her BS in Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.
