Stefanie has over 10 years of diverse human resources and management experience in commercial, federal and the nonprofit space. Leveraging her broad HR skillset and passion for people, Stefanie partners with organizations to provide strategic and operational support through proven HR strategies and techniques. Areas of expertise include employee relations, HR policy and procedure, performance management, benefits program and administration and culture and engagement.
Before consulting at Nonprofit HR, Stefanie spent several years at a non-profit organization leading the HR function and effectively balancing the needs of the employees with the mission of the organization. Key accomplishments were noted in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, employee turnover reduction and the implementation of dynamic policies and programs. Prior to that, Stefanie consulted in the commercial, federal and nonprofit space, providing full-scope interim human resources leadership to clients as well as leading special projects.
Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Business Management and is certified as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
