Valeria Zamora Giammattei, MBA, PHR, is an Associate Consultant for project-based clients. She is the point of contact for client employees and provides support in areas including recruitment, HR policies, project management, drafting employee correspondence and much more. Valeria acts as a key consultant in order to handle the client’s day-to-day HR duties and projects.
Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Valeria worked as an HR professional in the hospitality and food and beverage industries. Her experience involves a full spectrum of HR services including, but not limited to, payroll, employee relations, recruiting, benefits, new hire onboarding and orientation, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, and EEO compliance. One of her main focuses is to establish strong relationships with her clients to provide excellent service to their industry.
Valeria has a Master of Business Management (MBM) degree from Paris School of Business as well as certifications in Essentials of HR Law, Behavior Based Interviews and Progressive Discipline Training. In her free time, Valeria enjoys going to Zumba classes and is honing her culinary abilities by preparing allergy-friendly baked goods.
