As the Manager of Client Experience at Nonprofit HR, Zach provides operational and strategic support to internal and external stakeholders in the pursuit of delivering fantastic experiences to clients. Zach also helps to steward new business initiatives and develop strategic partnerships for the firm with those in the social enterprise community. He is passionate about the missions of nonprofits and social enterprises and believes that collective action from a community of public and private organizations is needed to drive sustainable change for good.

Zach has worked in both nonprofits and social enterprises of various sizes. He has experience in exceptionally serving all stakeholders, as well as strategic partnership building and relationship management.

Zach received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with majors in Marketing and Management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He was also a previous Second Day Impact Fellow with the firm.

Zach enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, traveling, trying new foods and adventuring in the outdoors!
