As an Associate Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to support multiple client engagements at various stages of their HR lifecycle. As part of a client team, you’ll assist and interact with mission-driven stakeholders to push forward the day-to-day HR operational activities, programs and projects. There’s never a dull day in HR, and this role is crucial to moving our work forward in a meaningful and impactful manner.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of HR lifecycle experience in a team environment or at a professional services firm. As a go getter, this individual has already obtained an HR certification, or plans to obtain within their first year of employment. Foundational knowledge in principles and practices of HR management is a MUST.

- $55,000-$75,000
