Our goal is to build a Learning & Development strategy with recommendations on programs, budgets, metrics, processes, staffing and more, and work closely with your organization to bring those recommendations to life.

In addition to our strategic Learning & Development work, Nonprofit HR facilitates on-site and virtual mandatory training for all staff. We also facilitate functional training in human resources basics to HR professionals in the nonprofit sector.
